By using Centurion Visas' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all services offered, including but not limited to visa processing, passport renewal, Apostille, document legalization, and related services.

 

2. Our Role
Centurion Visas acts as a third-party agent to assist with the preparation, submission, and follow-up of applications to various embassies, consulates, and government authorities. We are not a decision-making body and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa or document application.

 

3. Fees
Service Fees: Our service fees cover the administrative handling of your application, document preparation, courier arrangements, and customer support.
Consular/Embassy Fees: These are separate from our service fees and are set by the relevant embassy or government authority. Consular fees are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on the applicant’s nationality and visa type.

 

4. Non-Refundable Policy
Our service fees are strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
Voluntary withdrawal of the application by the client
Rejection or refusal of a visa or document application by the embassy or consulate
Changes in travel plans or documentation requirements
Consulate fees may also be non-refundable and are subject to the policies of the respective embassies or authorities.

 

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete documentation and information required for your application. Centurion Visas is not responsible for delays, rejections, or losses due to:
Incorrect or incomplete information/documents provided by the client
Changes in embassy requirements
Delays by third-party services such as couriers or government offices

 

6. Processing Time

All processing times are approximate and subject to change based on embassy schedules, holidays, and unforeseen delays. Centurion Visas is not liable for any losses due to delays beyond our control.

 

7. Liability

Centurion Visas shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or damages incurred as a result of visa refusal, passport issues, postal delays, or decisions made by embassies or consular staff.

 

8. Data Protection

Your data will be handled securely and confidentially. We will not share your information with third parties, except where required for processing your application.

 

9. Amendments

Centurion Visas reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
